At Paradigm Martial Arts, we emphasize the importance of having a sound body and mind.

To strengthen the body, in class we:

  • practice dynamic tension and isometric exercise

  • increase flexibility through a consistent stretch routine

  • get a good cardio workout

  • build muscle mass, balance, and coordination

To strengthen the mind, we:

  • use breathing and meditation exercises

  • exercise for effective stress relief

  • develop concentration in practicing martial arts techniques

Children's Programs

Lil' Dragons  more info

One of the most exciting and rewarding life skills programs offered today. This  fun, fast paced class is designed for children ages 3-6 and focuses on developing the skills kids need to be successful in a classroom setting, such as listening, concentration and self control.

Lil' Dragons teaches basic martial arts to kids, along with balance, coordination, colors and numbers. We also cover life skills such as fire safety, stranger awareness, and traffic safety. Please note: this class is a lot of FUN!!!

Women's Self Defense

The Paradigm Martial Arts women’s self defense class will help you gain awareness of danger before it arises and develop the skills to defend yourself in an attack situation. The class is 1.5 hours long. Get your spot before its too late!! It's FREE and fun! There is no cost for this class, $10 donations are accepted.

Cardio Kickboxing

Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in kickboxing classes. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 300-600 calories. A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. No equipment is used and gloves are not required.
